The Increase in power and doubling the cooldown rate makes this Exotic a must-have for any Titan. This applies the same to the Titan Rally Barricade and Resilience stat. This is on top of the stat cooldown based on how high your Discipline and Strength are, making your abilities return even faster. The cooldown increase is 2x faster when Empowered and the damage increase of melees and grenades is a strong 30 percent buff. Empowered means abilities have faster regen, melees and grenades do more damage, and Barricades have more hit points.

Dunemarchers are going to give so much more inside of crucible than Heart, Overflowing Light ends if you die and may not last until your next gunfight. Movement and Utility exotics are just too strong of an option right now. I don’t really see too much PvP viability for Heart of Inmost Light. I think the most important thing is to have a build that compliments the Exotic perk, anything that will boost ability charge time. This is super fun in general PvE activities and Gambit. But any subclass is just as viable if you’re in active combat and keep chaining your abilities. I’ve been running this with top tree arc, for double grenades and Seismic Strike, which helps charge your grenade.
